About the Role:
- We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in key software projects.
- You will be responsible for efficient project management, ensuring timeliness and high quality of delivered solutions.
- We value the ability to plan, coordinate team work and effectively solve problems.
- Good communication and the ability to manage priorities are important.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT software development projects (web and mobile) for diverse industry clients.
- Team Leadership & Facilitation: Guide cross-functional technical teams, lead project meetings, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Product Ownership: Develop and maintain product/domain understanding and proactively guide clients through the product's lifecycle by running product meetings/workshops, defining effective solutions, and translating them into a clear and actionable product backlog.
- Drive projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including their ceremonies.
- Define and manage project scope, track budgets, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Clearly communicate project status to both internal and client-side stakeholders
- Take active part in streamlining of existing project management processes
