About the Role: 


  • We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in key software projects.
  • You will be responsible for efficient project management, ensuring timeliness and high quality of delivered solutions.
  • We value the ability to plan, coordinate team work and effectively solve problems.
  • Good communication and the ability to manage priorities are important.



Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT software development projects (web and mobile) for diverse industry clients.
  • Team Leadership & Facilitation: Guide cross-functional technical teams, lead project meetings, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Product Ownership: Develop and maintain product/domain understanding and proactively guide clients through the product's lifecycle by running product meetings/workshops, defining effective solutions, and translating them into a clear and actionable product backlog.  
  • Drive projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including their ceremonies.
  • Define and manage project scope, track budgets, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Clearly communicate project status to both internal and client-side stakeholders
  • Take active part in streamlining of existing project management processes

Must have
  • Proven Project Leadership: 3+ years steering software projects in a software house environment.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding and practical application of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Master Communicator: Ability to articulate clearly and conduct engaging client communication - English (minimum C1 level).
  • Results-Oriented Planner: Strong skills in planning, analysis, coordination, and insightful reporting.
  • Expert at finding solutions and working effectively within demanding deadlines



Nice to have
  • Technical acumen or relevant education.
  • Experience in supporting sales process from PM perspective.
  • Experience in product-related roles (eg. Product Owner).
